Pricing questions

How is a call billed?
Per second, from the moment the call connects. Outbound is KES 0.05/sec (KES 3/min). Inbound calls are free: KES 0/min.
Are there monthly minimums or contracts?
No. Your wallet is prepaid and you only pay for numbers you hold and calls you place. Release a number any time and billing stops, prorated to the day.
What happens if my balance runs out?
Calls in progress finish; new calls are rejected until you top up. Set a low-balance threshold and we fire a wallet.low_balance webhook so you can auto-recharge via M-Pesa.
Which countries can I use Sautikit in?
We're live in Kenya today, billed in KES. Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda are on the roadmap: tell us where you need us next.
