Which markets are live today? Kenya is live today. Everything else on this page is queued.
What does "queued" mean exactly? We have regulatory groundwork or partner agreements in progress for those markets. "Queued" does not imply a specific launch date.
Do you have a timeline for the other six markets? No public timeline. Join the per-market waitlist and you will be contacted when that market goes live.
What happens when I join a waitlist? Your email is stored. When that market goes live, you receive one email with instructions for provisioning numbers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Can I use Sautikit today if my business is registered in Nigeria but I have Kenyan customers? Yes. Kenya is live. You can provision Nairobi DIDs and place or receive calls from any country. Your billing currency will be KES.
Will pricing differ by market? Pricing is set per market based on local termination costs and regulatory fees. Kenya rates are documented on the Kenya page. Rates for other markets will be published when those markets launch.
Will local numbers be available in all markets? The goal is local DIDs in each market. For some markets, geographic DID availability depends on local carrier and regulator constraints that are resolved during the pre-launch period.
Is M-Pesa top-up available in all markets? M-Pesa is the wallet top-up method for Kenya. Other markets will have local payment methods at launch.
Does a queued market mean you have a local entity there? Not necessarily. Some markets may launch under a cross-border arrangement before a local entity is established.
What if I need voice in a market not on this list? Contact us. If you have high-volume requirements in an unlisted market, that can accelerate priority.
