List a campaign's call attempts

The per-contact attempt log: times, outcome, call id and costs. Newest first.

A contact's best time to call GET

The estimated chance a human answers in each local hour, built from the contact's own answered/attempted counts, backed off to its number prefix and to the campaign-wide curve. Available on every campaign, whatever its `retry.ordering`.

Get a call's summary and suggested outcome GET

The post-call summary of one attempt and the outcome it suggests, for the agent's wrap-up. It exists only when the campaign switched `summary` on and the call had a transcript, and it appears a moment after the call ends: answer `404 dialer.summary_not_found` until then. The suggestion is advice; the agent confirms the outcome.
