List the AI model catalog GET

The models an agent's `model` field may reference, each with its selectable voices and per-minute AI rate (metered per second).

Create an agent draft POST

Creates a draft agent. The response is the ONE read that includes `tool_signing_secret` — store it immediately; it is never returned again (rotate via the dashboard if lost).
